Dispatch time
Allow 2–3 weeks from a confirmed, paid order to dispatch. Every RealShot is built after Allan personally checks your details, prints your strip, and assembles the reel — nothing is made until then.
Shipping
RealShot currently ships within New Zealand only.
Warranty
The mount and reel mechanism are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects under normal use. The printed data strip is a consumable — like any card carried in the field, it will show wear over time, and isn't covered by this warranty; a replacement is $20 NZD any time you need one (see above). This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, not instead of them.
What's included & replacement strips
Every new reel comes with your printed data strip plus two spares (three in total), so you've got a backup on hand from day one. Allan also includes a few blank strips pre-printed with the column layout, in case you ever want to note updated figures by hand.
If your rifle, scope or load changes later, order a freshly printed replacement or updated strip rather than a whole new reel — $20 NZD, shipping included. See the Shop page.
Returns
Because every RealShot is built to your rifle's own data, we don't offer change-of-mind returns — a strip printed for someone else's rifle and load isn't something we can resell. If your RealShot arrives faulty, doesn't match what you ordered, or isn't fit for purpose, you're covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act: get in touch and we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
