What we collect, and why.

Information we collect

When you use the Configure Your Reel or Contact forms, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, shipping address, and the rifle/scope/load information needed to build your RealShot.

How it's used

Solely to review, confirm, invoice, build, and ship your order, or to respond to your enquiry. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Form submissions (Configure Your Reel and Contact) are handled by Netlify Forms. Once an order is confirmed, your details are also held in Allan's invoicing service to issue payment and track the order. Both process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time — see the Contact page.
