Three moves. No manual required after the first one.
Real Shot is a mechanical reel that clamps to your scope tube or rifle receiver. A waterproof strip — printed with your rifle's own range, elevation and wind data — slots into it. When a shot presents itself, here's the whole sequence.
Not a generic chart — your rifle's own numbers.
Every Real Shot strip is worked out from that rifle's own bullet, load and zero, not a one-size-fits-all table. That's the whole point of the name.
What goes into your strip
Bullet type, weight and ballistic coefficient, muzzle velocity, zero distance, and your approximate hunting altitude — plus whether your scope dials in MOA or Mils, and whether you'd rather read metres or yards.
Reticle or turret — your choice
Set up to match standard scope turret clicks, or printed to suit a ballistic reticle's holdover marks instead — tell us which when you configure yours.
Why not just use a phone app?
| Phone ballistic app | Real Shot | |
|---|---|---|
| Battery / signal | Needs both | Needs neither |
| Cold, wet hands | Fumbly, screen glare | One twist, read it |
| Where it lives | In your pocket — if you remember it | On the rifle, always |
| Speed at the moment of truth | Unlock, open app, wait | Glance, dial, fire |
See which mount fits your rifle
Four configurations cover ring and rail mounts, centerfire and rimfire.
